Booking Policies

You will receive a confirmation email 48 hours prior to your appointment with the address & any other necessary information. Please send me the set you’d like before or after booking.

Deposits

A $21 non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking - $20 is applied to your final cost. All services will have 4.5% NYC Tax added to the total price.

Nail Condition

I do not work over anyone else's work, or on damaged nails. You must come with bare nails for all new acrylic sets. I offer soak offs for gel-x only.

Confirm

You MUST confirm your appointment by sending me a clear picture of your bare nails by 5pm the day prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation and the forfeit of your deposit. If you are dishonest about the condition of your nails, resulting in me having to turn you away at your appointment, you will be charged a $40 inconvenience fee.

Reschedule/Cancellation

You may do so through your confirmation email at least 24 hours prior to appointment. You may reschedule no more than 2 times. Rescheduling/ cancelling less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a $40 cancellation fee that does not go towards any new appointments made.

Lateness

There is an 8 minute grace period. After 8 minutes you are subject to a $15 late fee, or will be asked to book a new appointment. No call no shows will be charged the remaining balance in full.

There are no extra guests allowed. You must be wearing a mask throughout the entire duration of your appointment.
